Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

The food and service were ahead of our expectations. We surely enjoyed the vibes of this spot. Nice spot to take my family out for lunch.

The one in Hoover is the only one I've been to but I have always had a good experience. They are clean, friendly, and the food is good. They keep the food stocked well and have always cooked my steak exactly how I've requested. The only thing I can say negative at all is sometimes when they are really busy they have a hard time keeping certain dishes stocked but they just let you get a to go container so it wasn't really a problem. Overall like eating here.

This was a great experience. Our youngest son wanted to go to a buffet for his birthday. The service here was amazing, or drinks were kept topped off (without the server hovering), and the food was great.

After several bad experiences at other steakhouses, I was surprised that a buffet cooked better steak. We will be returning.

For the first time this year, I ordered their Thanksgiving food (which I did a week ahead of time), and I sat around for 15-20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time for them to get my order ready. After telling them my name, they brought me the wrong order. When they finally bought out my order, I was missing two additional things that I ordered and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to put those items together. The people are nice but it was very disorganized there.

The food was very good, but it could have been a better experience.

Your best bet in pricing and great food. The daytime manager (Short black guy, bold head) has this eating place in order because he doesn't hide in the back texting his women friends nor does he stand around on the floor upfront just watching others do their job. No he himself puts in work as does the others working under him. This place ROCKS! because it has a manager and staff under him that does what they get paid doing.
