The Birria Tacos were 4 stars by itself. The crispiness of the tortilla, the meat was tender along with cilantro and onion. Be sure to add some lime and sauce. The red sauce is spicy and the green is a milder level of heat. Either sauce you choose, will add the heat level to your
taco.

The consome (soup), brings the taco to another level and for the case of ratings to five stars. Its adds a savory pack of flavor. Adding squirts of lime juice to the consome added a citrus tone to the savory soup.

We tried both w/cheese and without. As for flavor, it did not add or take away from the savory flavors of the Birria Taco.

The price of the Birria taco was $4. If you buy 2 or more tacos the consome is included. If you love tacos this is the spot to get your fill. The tacos are just as affordable as a fast food meal but tastier with fresh ingredients. Just a tip, bring cash, there's a fee for card users.

The BEST Birria in Alabama hands down, highly recommend!!! Also their fresh drinks are really good! A little on the pricey side but worth it.

Very nice folks. Campechano taco was good. The other two were okay.

This is my new favorite taco truck!! The food was very very fresh overall, and they have the best chorizo tacos I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to see them again!
