Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Didn’t appear super busy - waited 10 minutes then decided to sit at bar. Heather, the bartender was nice and doing her best considering. This was the absolute most inefficient set up I have ever witnessed. I hope the manager takes note and helps the bartender out a little bit. There were no less than five employees at the register behind the bar, apparently all clocking in. Because none of them were helping her; but we’re completely in her way and no one was considerate enough to even step out of the way. It seemed that someone could at least help her clean the dishes and her working area up. or perhaps, someone could go check on her food orders and bring them to the bar for her since she was mixing drinks for the entire restaurant. Was this the only place for people to clock in? If so, maybe consider having another register available to clock in. Because to your guest it appears there are several people standing around watching one person work very inefficiently. The food came out hot and was good. It was pretty irritating to watch the and efficiency and how the other employees were unwilling to help out.

Food was good, albeit not very warm. Our waitress rarely stopped by our table which extended our stay way past what we wanted. Also, the waitress working the other tables is very clearly on drugs and holds fresh plates of food and drinks way too close to her face...

Went on a Friday night around 5:30pm. There was about a 10 min wait, not bad at all. Server was phenomenal at his job and the food was better than I've had in the past at other Olive Gardens. Bathrooms were also clean.

Our waitress was sweet. Service was very slow but it wasn't her fault. Food was great. I would suggest you work on your organization skills.
