Phil Sandoval's Mexican Restaurante

I visited for the first time tonight and have enjoyed my experience and the food! The food is flavorful and well presented. I had the chicken street tacos with beans and green rice. The strawberry margarita was sweet and delicious. I will be back.

Oh my word! This place is wonderful. Our server was so precious and she helped redeem our view of people as she was so kind to us. The food is amazing or bussin’ as my son would say! The atmosphere is wonderful! The decorations are so rich!

We have been here twice so far on a Friday night. Both times there was live music and a lively crowd. There is a large bar with plenty of seating. We have not had to wait for a seat both times. It is cooler sitting in the back of the restaurant since the front is open to the patio. The servers have been excellent, and the manager checks on you frequently. The menu has a lot of items to choose from. We have tried the chicken taco salad, street tacos, chicken fajita quesadilla’s, chicken enchiladas, and chips & salsa with a cup of queso blanco.  Everything was outstanding. We will be back to try more things from the menu.

I had a fantastic lunch experience at Phil Sandoval's Mexican Restaurant! Sharon provided excellent service, making lunch time even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is always vibrant and welcoming. I absolutely love their homemade tortillas, veggie rice, and the black bean soup – all are simply delicious. Shoutout to their Acapulco nachos!! Highly recommend this place for a delightful meal!

Phil Sandoval's Mexican restaurant in Hoover is a gem worth frequenting. In just three visits over the past two weeks, my family and I have become avid fans. The standout features of this establishment is undoubtedly its exceptional staff, reasonable prices and of course the food with its freshness and superb flavor, elevating it above the standard fare found in the area. The quick service ensures that meals are promptly served, allowing for a seamless dining experience. The restaurant's commitment to cleanliness and order further adds to its appeal. And let's not forget about the drinks, which are simply amazing. Without a doubt, Phil Sandoval's will remain a staple dining destination for my family.
