Hardee's

This was the best service that I have ever received in a Hardee's restaurant. The restaurant was extremely clean. All of the employees were very enthusiastic and friendly the entire time I was in the restaurant. They even came by my table several times to check on me & make sure that I was doing well. This is an exemplary experience of the way customers should be treated. I will be back again in the near future to have my next excellent experience in your location. Keep up the great work. I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Good food. Just need to pay attention to detail on the burger. My son had to send his back to get it right! People were willing to fix it immediately and got it right!

What a let down. Literally love a mile away, soon as we get the food it everything is cold. Something isn't right.
Also they left out a sandwich, do my husband went back, they tried telling him he was lying that they given us all of our order. He told them it's been different if we have spent almost 30 bucks for 3 adults and a kid. They eventually after arguing and my hubby giving very relevant points they finally made the order right.

One rule I leaned in customer service a great majority of the time the customer is right! It's about making the customer happy, not starting a Jerry Springer show over a dang sandwich!

Hardee's has The Best 2/3 pound Bacon N Cheese Double Cheeseburger !!

The thick burgers come 2/3 wrapped in a box . Upon opening the box one finds the sandwich looking freshly assembled and invitingly delicious. ( DOES NOT LOOK STEPPED ON ).
