We LOVE Blueroot, from the first time I had a sample after spin class to my weekly salads you CANNOT go wrong. Jennifer has found away even in the midst of a pandemic to deliver a healthy delicious lunch option for our community. My personal favorite is the staple Famstand Salad and the Not Your Momma's Rice Crispy Treat. The salads come in the perfect container to give them a good toss to make sure they are properly dressed.

My favorite place to eat! Bias aside (owner is my wife), BLUEROOT addresses a culinary gap in an otherwise food forward city. The salads and bowls are filling, excellent, unique, and designed to be incredibly healthy. The snacks are stunningly delicious and at the same time healthy, devoid of any processed or synthetic sugars, additives or preservatives. Can't wait until the restaurant expands to full capacity and full menu.

Blueroot produces very tasty and nutritional meals using innovative combinations of fresh produce and other ingredients to satisfy your tastebuds and appetite. The salads are a nice portion and the sides are ample enough to supplement your meals. The bites are all delicious and nutritious. I am so happy you are in my life and neighborhood.

Blueroot has quickly become one of my favorite spots for a to-go lunch in Birmingham. I have truly never had something here I didn’t like! It seems so hard to find a good salad here in this area, and this is exactly what we needed. Everything here is made with, straightforward fresh ingredients and will make you want to come back every time you’re looking for a quick bite for lunch. I am so excited for their permanent location in pepper place to open next year!

By far one of the yummiest salads around. And one you can eat and not feel guilty about. Full of yummy, local, organic ingredients. Their sides are amazing- the family dinner options are great. Never leave home without some protein bites in your bag! Love Blueroot!
