The salads are amazing— delicious, fresh ingredients, and a good size for the price. Restaurant atmosphere is modern, clean, and a perfect place to grab a quick lunch with a friend. Service is 10/10. Management could not be any nicer and every employee goes above and beyond. Looking forward to watching this one grow!

I’m so glad we finally got a salad concept in the Birmingham area. It helps with making healthy choices instead of fast food. This place is absolutely amazing!!! My salad was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely 5/5 stars!! If you have not been to this place….you’re missing out. 🥗😋

While in Birmingham this week, I’ve had the chance to eat here twice and I must say that both times were amazing! The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly! They took the time to explain the different types of salads and helped me decide what I wanted. It definitely won’t be my last time visiting. This is an extra perk for me while visiting Birmingham. I would highly recommend this restaurant! You won’t be disappointed!

Chop N Fresh was amazing! My salad was delish and very plentiful. The staff was very kind and helpful. My hearing has been a little off due to allergy issues and the gentleman that prepared my salad was beyond friendly and helpful in spite of me not being able to hear him hardly. Thank you!
