I was picking at my daughter for not sharing her milkshake, so the sweet girl at the window gave me a little kid sized one!????

I'm visiting Florence from Birmingham for work. This has to be the best run, most well managed & friendliest Arby's I've ever been to. It runs like a machine. Everyone is working together and the food comes out fast. Arby's corporate should bring managers from all over to see how this place is run. My coworkers & I observed & talked about the entire time we were there. Well done!

The food was good and fresh. Unfortunately it was so cold in the dining room that our roast beef sandwiches were cold before they were half eaten. Sorry Arby's no bell ringing from us today!

I usually love the food but not a fan of the new featured Gyros. I guess I expected the meats to be seasoned as gyros would traditionally be seasoned. The meat tasted like their normal meat, stuffed into a pita instead of a bun or bread. Nothing else in the flavors made it taste especially gyro-ish. The pita was a good pita though, nice and soft but the right texture to hold up properly.
