North Wood Social

One of my favorite spots in Florence! We love Northwood Social along with everyone else in our community. It’s so refreshing to have a couple invest so much time, energy and of course the financial side for all of us to enjoy their delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. Their specials every week are out of this world and we are frequent visitors. If you all haven’t checked them out….. you must go!

We just had the best brunch at Northwood Social! I absolutely love the vibe and the owners are so incredible and accommodating. We had a little bit of a wait but the staff was very open about it and let us know ahead of time. It was a perfect day to sit on their private patio so we didn’t mind! It’s the perfect spot for brunch on Sunday and dinner during the week. We will be back and plan to make it a regular hang out!

Ron and Lindsey have created a welcoming environment w original food and drink options that the Shoals desperately deserves. It is our family’s go to choice. Highly recommend you give them a visit. Staff is great and if you are looking for something more original than corporate owned chains, this is your spot.

Okay I'll get the missing star out of the way... My pork chop was a bit salty. But if that's the way you like it, you will love this place. And if that's not the way you like it, you will still love this place! Rob is the founder and proprietor of this place, and he was our server tonight. What a sweet guy and attentive server. We got the pork chop with mashed potatoes and green beans, and both sides were perfecto, And we also got this burger special, which was delish. Lots of flavor, plus bacon. And we got the freshly pressed coffee and chocolate ganache dessert, SO GOOD that we briefly forgot that my dad is Type 2. The vibe is so comfortable. The lighting is intimate. I brought my dad here. Bring your mom. Your wife. Your lab partner. Bring them and have a good time.
