(September 30, 2018, 9:43 pm)Me and the wife recently visited Pretzelmaker inside the mall here in florence and saw this sign for Bacon and Mozzarella stuffed bites. Excitedly we placed are order and were told it would be 8 mins.
When they came out we watched as they tossed them in a cup and said, "sorry about the wait."
No Butter, No Seasoning, just dry pretzel bites with a sliver of undercooked bacon and no cheese at all....
It saddens me to say this was a very disappointing experience.
