Ole Times Country Buffet

This is a treasure. I will definitely be returning here next time I am I'm Auburn. The food was wonderful. Good down home flavor. The service was excellent. It was very clean. The chicken and dumplings were spectacular.

Make sure you go at a busy time, that way more fresh food keeps coming out. But the chicken wings were amazing. Some of the best I've had actually. The bread was really hidden so we never got to try it. The dessert bar was also pretty great. Loved the cobbler choices. Didn't like how big the seating area was, it way too big for the size of the actual buffet. Also, sweet tea was pretty unsweet and not good.

I absolutely love this place! The selection is amazing and everyone is so friendly. My son loves to eat here and it's always his suggestion when we're going out, and he's such a picky eater, so that in itself speaks volumes. This will definitely stay at my list of top places to eat.

One of the best buffet I ever had. Everyone and everything is good. Drove 39 miles just to eat here. Coming back tomorrow. The hot sweet shrimp and fried rice is amazing. Ohh don't forget about the brownies

We went yesterday at 3:40 pm. So glad we didn't wait until 4pm I would have been really disappointed. First let me say I am very picky. My food was mostly lukewarm first turn off, the fish salty, waited on fried chicken wings which were undercooked, the ribs cold didn't try them. The only items I enjoyed were the sweet potatoes and corn. None of the desserts were appealing to me. My husband stated he enjoyed seafood alfredo, clams, hot wings, carrot salad, shrimp fried rice, ice cream so this wasn't a total waste of time. They were pretty crowded so not sure why the food was cold. I am giving 3 stars because my husband enjoyed most of his food. The cashier was pleasant and plenty of waitresses were available.
