(September 11, 2022, 7:52 pm)These guys have a lot of potential. Friendly customer service. 100% food safety rating. But two stars lost on the less than undercooked raw fries. There’s a big issue here with their French fries. Ordered them multiple times now extra crispy and they come hardly cooked. Also hand cut fries are very different from steak fries. Frier too low? Cutter broken? Not leaving them in long enough?
