Howie's Cafe

The food was good and the service was great.my 2nd time there

They were absolutely Great here. Friendly and helpful. Pork chops were good. My husband's Country Fried Steak was good. Large enough portions that we both got a to go box. We'll certainly go again.

I like the friendliness of the whole staff,I had the special which was the country fried steak and it was scrumptious-yummmm .
There is a variety of home made cakes also.
I wanted a slice of Hummingbird cake but I was too ful . I will go again and let you know about the cake. The cook is Hank,and he is a very very good chef so try them once and you will see as well.

Went for breakfast. The food was good and very reasonably priced. My only complaint was that the grits were like water. I prefer my grits thicker.

One of the best small town restaurants one could ever stumble upon, great food, comfortable atmosphere, very large portions, in fact the portions are so large that I was just set when I left and that is hard to do!

I usually leave a restaurant still hungry, but not at Howie’s Cafe and that speaks mountains for me!
