Firehouse Subs

First time there. I got the Italian sub. Great sandwich.

Firehouse subs is good. Facility is clean staff are friendly. Food taste great. It's considerably more expensive than Subway for comparable sandwiches. That's really my only complaint. Did not use restrooms.

My husband & I visited the Athens location for dinner. We have been to this particular location on a few occasions & each time had been a pleasant experience. The subs are delicious!
During this visit, my husband was looking for a new hot sauce to try. He inquired at the register where he met the manager, Dylan, who offered to assist him in finding a sauce he would like. He brought 3 sauces to our table which he said were "customer favorites." My husband was happy with his choice.
It's exceptional to find an employee that will go out of their way to ensure a positive experience. We had been to a few other local Firehouse Subs & due to customer service (as well as great subs), this one is our favorite. I think it's important to share good experiences, not just complaints.
We'll be back! Athens is highly recommended!

Love the subs especially the hero fully involved which means everything on it. The only reason I can't give five stars is there seems to be a high turnover rate with employees and the time to get your food as well as the quality of service really depends on the day or week. Still love the food and will continue to go just won't plan for lunch if I'm needing a quick meal like a 30 min eat and be back at work!
