Service was wonderful. The food delicious and the Banana Burrito stole the show! I'm very glad to have a tasty new Mexican spot! Your typical Mexican restaurant vibe, cozy seating.
10 out of 5.
The food here is SO good. Everything is fresh and tasty, the salsa is wonderful, and the guacamole is delicious!
We have had a great experience every time we've been.
We tried this place last Sunday, and went 4 more times last week. It was delicious. Hands down the BEST guacamole I've gotten from a restaurant. No icky chunks of tomatoes or onions to ruin the bite, but packed full of flavor and a hint of spice.
The salsa is good. A little spicy, but nearly impossible to stop eating. And the chips have the perfect crunch. Not to thick, but can handle scooping the guac and salsa.
Both the chicken and steak fajitas were delicious. The peppers could have been cooked a little more, but that could just be my preference. I like for my peppers to have a soft crunch.
The sweet tea is great. Every. Time. Not like syrup, so you can still taste the tea, but definitely not unsweetened. It's the perfect balance.
We dined-in on the first day, and had takeout orders the other times and each was just as delicious.
The service was great. Each staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. One young lady even helped me carry our food to the car.
Easily one of the top two Mexican restaurant in the area. And yes, we've tried several. 😂 10/10 I highly recommend it.
The food was so good and our server was awesome. You can't beat the fresh chips and salsa. The dining area was very cold and had an industrial ceiling.
Overall, I love this place. Best place in Athens for Mexican.
I got the fajita nachos and they were fairly decent. My friend got the fiesta ranchero and did not like it. Something was up with the steak, he couldn’t finish it and he started to feel sick. We had to leave and go buy some tums cause he felt sick. Again I liked my food, my friend didn’t. My plate was red, and his was white in the pictures.
