I've been going here since it was a taco truck along hwy 31. Fantastic authentic food. Street tacos are the bomb. It can be a longer wait since it's all made to order, but its definitely worth it. (You can just call in an order ahead if you dont want to wait at all)

The food is absolutely delicious, in a way that's only possible when a rich marinade and a long, slow simmer are allowed to do their work. Tacos are the tell in any authentic Mexican food because of their simplicity; when it's not done right, the cilantro and onion take over, but at a truly great place, the flavor of the meat enhances those simple garnishes in a sort of magical way. Everything is made from scratch, and you can only achieve that kind of flavor when you cook purely for the love of creating good food.

I've been loyal since the food truck days, when I could get a burrito at 9:00 on a Sunday morning. After a few Sunday morning meetings at work, people were placing orders with me for the next week. I'm telling you. A steak burrito from this place for breakfast, with some of that glorious red sauce and green sauce, is one of the great secrets in life.

This place is so good, lots of different Mexican dishes than the usual offerings in Athens. Many great desserts and glass bottles drinks.

Love their chips and queso, Mexican Cokes, chicken tacos and chicken burrito! Ask for salsa verde and put it all inside the burrito. One of my favorite places to eat in Athens. Most authentic Mexican food around! Food is great and so is the service. Prices are very reasonable. Good health department score. Worth the trip from anywhere.
