Pho Galaxy

Pho Galaxy is amazing! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I had the vermicelli (Galaxy or something, I can't remember the name) and my friend had a hot pot. Everything was great! I highly recommend this restaurant!

This place is “Pho”nominal!!!!!!! Seriously-I have tried just about every Vietnamese restaurant in Madison and Huntsville and this place is now my #1. All the meat what perfectly cooked with no fat strips. The spices were spot on! I ordered an Egg Coffee - the AMAZING waiter mentioned the coffee is premium and slow drip. This was one of the BEST coffees I have had. I loved the taste and the presentation was very detailed. Something you will experience here and no where else is that every person working there is supporting and teaming with each other. There is a great deal of care towards the customer and the food. WOW!!!!! This is a must try and we will be back frequently!!!

Pho Galaxy stands out from other Vietnamese restaurants in the area with their concise, unique menu and creative flair to classic Vietnamese offerings. Their signature phos include an egg yolk to add creaminess to their aromatic broth. I’m excited to visit and try the rest of their menu!
