    After moving to Huntsville from growing up and living in AZ, CA, NV, NM, and trying the so called "best mexican food joints in town...El Cazador even as a taco truck, has them allllllll beat in authenticity. I mean what self respecting Mexican food place uses ground beef in their beef dishes instead of shredded?

    Great food and good prices. It is an outdoor food truck, but appears to be semi-permenant. We will be going back.
