I don't like the way they acted when my son order 4 large oreo blizzard

Slow service due to a new cashier; she just needs some patient coworkers to give her encouragement. With some self confidence she will excel. Food was ok . Not happy food was VERY EXPENSIVE & WE WERE OVERCHARGED due to cashier not knowing how to ring up baskets/combos. After waiting 30+ minutes I wasn't going back into the line to dispute with them. $8.60 wasted ????

Kids chicken wrap was delish. Fries not so much. Nice server.

We ordered the 2 dlb cheeseburgers. I asked the cashier to add Mayo to my burger. She told the cook. The cook replied that she didn't charge for Mayo. And it's an upcharge. I had no problem of paying her the 15 cents to add Mayo. However, there is a time and place for everything. And her yelling it was not the place. I think it was very petty. And the burgers weren't even good.

Food was hot and fresh. I felt really bad for their hard working cashier. She was up there by herself with a line out the door AND had to make all the ice cream. It also appeared there was only one cook. This went non stop the whole time we were there and no one ever came up there to help her. Management should be ashamed for over working their employees. I give 5 stars for employees and 0 stars for management.
