What a night! Chef Noble did a fantastic job putting the March Supper Club menu together, and providing an intimate and elevated dining experience. Each course was carefully considered, with seasonal ingredients and layers of flavors that revealed themselves at different times within each bite. His interactions with us were greatly appreciated, and helped us understand the complexity of flavors in certain dishes. Overall a fabulous experience, and we cannot wait to see what he creates for the next Supper Club.
Additionally, the servers were extremely attentive and considerate. They also made the night special with their kindness, and attention to detail.
The ambiance of the location was perfect (just enough romantic lighting to look good, stunningly beautiful flower arrangements, and nostalgic instrumental hits background music that had us singing in our seats). We also greatly appreciated the very clean restrooms. Overall, a wonderful night, delicious food, and unique Huntsville experience. We cannot wait to experience again!

What an amazing experience! The decor and setting were so intimate and beautiful. Plus getting to sit in a communal table was a fun experience to meet those around us. Lastly, the food. WOW!! Just an incredible meal. Flavors, textures, presentations all were fabulous. We had one of, if not the, best soups of my life!! My taste buds couldn't believe Huntsville, AL had this food. This food is only thought to be in large cities, but Chef Noble graciously brought it home to Huntsville. His food and his staff's service is also unmatched locally. I cannot wait for next month's supper club!!

We dined at 116 Noble for Valentine’s Day and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The food was amazing, atmosphere incredible, and we were able to dive into the inspiration behind each dish. We will definitely be back for more supper club experiences!

What an incredible dining experience that 116 Noble offers! The stories that Chef Allen tells which inspires his uniquely crafted dishes just makes it that much more special. You have something really amazing here and I'm excited for the rest of Huntsville to experience this one of a kind experience.
