Arby's

Last time I went to an Arby’s was 8 years ago so I asked the boy who took my order at the drive thru a few questions about the menu. He didn’t sound annoyed and he didn’t rush me. He was friendly and helped me with my order. The girl who took my payment and gave me my food was also friendly and had a friendly face. The food was hot. I was definitely impressed with their customer service since a lot of places around here lack in that.

Never seen a cleaner fast food joint. The staff here is really kind and the food is prepared well. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was really good.

Besides a good, varied menu, the customer service at this location makes me rate them five stars. Rarely does one see this level of service at a fast food restaurant. The staff goes above and beyond. Kudos to the manager.

The cashier was young but very polite and courteous. The gyro beef was not traditional in texture or flavor, but the pita was authentic enough for this southern gentleman. I would certainly order it again.

The one on North Parkway are awesome and the sandwiches are exactly like the photos. The one by where the Times building/old bowling alley has a new manager and you are lucky if you get any meat on your sandwich..We have started going to this location more since its close to where we live and are really happy with the staff here they go all out to make sure your order is right and are very friendly
