CAVA

The food is good and what you expect. The service is unfortunately what gives cava three stars. The service is pretty slow and the staff is pretty unfriendly and not helpful. When I came in there was one woman who first took your order who was very nice, but everyone else did not have a smile or anything. The trash can was overflowing, the juice drink bar was a total mess, and the tables were very sticky. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt so I’ll be back to try again.

Walked in very excited to find this new Cava in this area. Three of us were greeted with welcoming hellos and offerings to help us. The place was very clean with just a few people eating in. Nice, clean outdoor eating area with one couple enjoying their meal.
I ordered a Lentil Avocado Bowl and was disappointed to find out they were out of falafels!! The young lady allowed me to substitute meatballs without an upcharge. She, also, allowed me to add a spoon of freshly made saffron rice that was exuding a deliciously, fragrant aroma. Yea! The second order was a Lemon chicken bowl. The third order was a spicy lamb meatball pita. All three were absolutely delicious and filling.
We would recommend this Cava. We would come back here to eat again. We LOVE Cava

I've found a new favorite place for fresh Mediterranean flavors! Highly recommend the Greek Chicken Bowl with the Braised Lamb, Crazy Feta, Tzatziki, and Yogurt Dill dressing. The Cucumber Lime Mint drink is my fave and very refreshing! Also, outdoor seating is plentiful!

I finally got to try Cava here in Huntsville and I am so glad they are here. The food is amazing - light and fresh. I’ve had other Mediterranean fast casual that was greasy, salty and heavy. Not Cava! The vegan options are amazing - I had the garlic dressing and preserved lemon vinaigrette and I had to check the menu three times to make sure they were vegan, they were that good! And everything else on my build-your-own bowl was mouthwatering. My only complaint on this visit was that I asked for arugula and got cilantro instead. I told the server repeatedly that the greens looked like cilantro and she assured me it was arugula. She did ultimately offer to let me get different greens but I said no. When I got home and ate my food, it was indeed cilantro (as you can see in the video!). Good think I love cilantro too, just really wanted arugula that day. All in all, will definitely be visiting again and again. Thanks for coming to Huntsville!
