Char Restaurant

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here tonight! The staff, especially Jasmine and our waiter David H., were very helpful and professional. They provided excellent service! We ordered the Cowboy Ribeye and Lamb Chop! Let me just say delicious! Our food was cooked to perfection! Hands down the best, of the two, in town! This is our new staple restaurant for date night!

Very enjoyable new restaurant! Waiting staff was very attentive and prompt for all services. Kyle was great! Large selection of wines and cocktails. The entrée's were cooked perfectly to order. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I frequented char regularly back home in Jackson ms. I really like this char as well. We celebrated last night and I had the filet with a loaded baked potato. My wife had the prime rib and they were both delicious. Don’t forget the amazing char old fashioned. Excellent evening. Thank you.

Let me start by saying that the atmosphere in the restaurant was amazing. Everything is top notch and the experience is well worth it. Our food however was not good. Our steaks were well over cooked and took a really long time to receive. I left 4 stars however because of how amazing Chuck our server was and how apologetic and willing to make things right the management staff was. Mistakes happen. We are all human and people just simple have bad nights. With all of that being said I am more than willing to give them a second chance because of how well the management staff handled our experience and that proves that they are good at what they do and will be able to work out the kinks. Give this place a chance because above all else they will make things right.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... let's begin with the fact that they were on time with our reservation, which is not to be taken for granted. There have been other restaurants that I've gone to where I had a reservation and still had to wait. The next great part of the experience was our server Jake. He was professional, yet fun and very attentive. The food... oh let's get to the food... we ordered the crab cakes, which were truly jumbo lump with NO filler and the lemon tarragon butter was delightful and added the perfect amount of acidity. We also had the crab claws which were super fresh and delicately fried unlike another restaurant in Twickenham that I won't mention. The NOLA BBQ Shrimp was another delicious peace of heaven in our mouths. To top of the extraordinary meal and impeccable service we had the pecan pie which arrived to our table piping hot. It was so light yet decadent. Andy one of the managers stopped by to make sure we were pleased with our meal. If Char continues to provide stellar service with high quality food it will continue to be our "go to". Thank you Char for a wonderful Saturday evening outing.
