Yes and yes and yes! I love this place!! Everything I ordered was always delicious! The breakfast pancakes, eggs potatoes dang it even the toast is good. I appreciate the generous portions as I do enjoy a good meal. Everything is always flavorful and cooked to perfection. Even on busy days the wait wasn’t ever too long. I recommend pretty much everything. I never tried their 2 ft tall (exaggerating a wee bit) cakes only because I was always too full for dessert. The cakes look delicious. If you’re ever on South Parkway and Drake stop by for some down home mouth watering good eats! Bon Appetite!

The City Cafe is always great! You get seated right away, prompt service and consistently delicious food. When I'm in the area I always go to the City Cafe. They have all the elements you look for in a great restaurant. I have never had a bad meal there.

I have never had a bad dish here and the service is always good too. I brought a friend out to this place that had never eaten here and he loved it as well. This trip I had a gyro and tater salad and it was delicious. The portions are so large it's hard to save room for dessert. And let me tell you this you need to do that, there cakes are amazing!

This is my second time eating here. I just left with my oldest daughter. I had a taste for waffles, so she took me to Huntsville.
I had a waffle with 2 scramble eggs and two sausages with coffee and she had French toast with scramble eggs and coffee. The price was reasonable. The diner was clean and staff was friendly.
