(February 27, 2019, 12:51 am)Firehouse always has great sandwiches, but today I was most impressed by their superior customer service. My daughter spilled her drink and I asked her to go tell the manager. She broke down crying, and the manager reassured her that no one was mad at her. The lady who came to mop it up told her that stuff like this happened to her all the time and gave her a hug. My daughter's confidence was boosted a lot by this simple act of kindness. I will be going out of my way to come to this particular Firehouse Subs more often!
