    Usually pretty good. Found a rubber-band in the noodles today. The staff gave us a coupon for a free meal, but it was still a little unsettling to have the lacking of attention to detail when cooking food.

    I understand lunch time gets busy, but if you make an online order to pick up at a time listed on the order, it needs to be looked at and ready.
    I came in to pick up my online order, waited at the "online pick up" sign and no one would acknowledge me standing there. They just kept taking people in line. Finally someone came out from the back to go out into the restaurant and asked me what I needed. When I told her, she said that she would start making it. That meant that they hadn't even SEEN my order.
    Very disappointed, if I had time to wait until I got there, I would have ordered in house instead.

    Pretty good service here. Food had always been good when I've ordered here. The restaurant is kinda small but there is outside seating.
