    I've been to a few of the nutrition cafes that have popped up recently, but I have definitely found my favorite now. Located beside the CVS at Winchester/Moores Mill intersection at Rocket City Crossfit and the batting cages.
    The staff has been friendly, informative, and go above and beyond when I decide I want to mix all these crazy flavors to create endless possibilities with these gorgeous (and delicious) teas.
    The interior is simple and clean with drinks list behind the cashier, one on the counter, and seasonal specials at the entrance. There is a small seating area to the left with gorgeous turf decor.

    The shakes are delicious, but the teas are my addiction.

    Delicious shakes and friendly staff! And if you are into CrossFit they are attached to a local gym! Highly recommend.
