    Food didn't seem to fresh, my bread crumbled on the top. Service was a little slow.

    I used to go to this Subway often, because I lived close by. I moved away from the area about 8 months ago, but I remember a lot about the customer service. Depending on what time of day that you went, and who happened to be working that day, it would be a good experience, or you'd say to yourself, "I'm never coming here again, because of the staff. Customer service; be it at a fast food establishment, a retail store, or wherever it may be, is a acting job. ACT LIKE YOU WANT TO BE THERE! People in the field should treat their customers the way that they want to be treated-with courtesy and with a smile.
