Quick service. Easy to understand menu. Hearty portions that were favorable and enjoyable.
I don't usually get tacos, but I was convinced to give them a try. On a recommendation I had the spicy pork and it was amazing. I don't know much about tacos, but they are the best I can remember having.
These tacos were awesome! I got Al Pastor. You can't go wrong here. I honestly can't wait to go back to Huntsville.
I love stopping in for a quick bite at the taco bus anytime I find myself in Huntsville. I don't know why being on a bus makes it better... but it does. You board the bus, go to the back and put your order in. There are a few seats inside or you can sit in the covered area outside. The portion sizes are substantial, the food is fresh, the flavor is great, the service relatively quick if you don't have too large of a group! It's a win-win situation.
Anytime I go to a new Mexican restaurant, I always get tacos. If you cannot make a good taco, close the doors. El Cazador serves a good taco. I ordered the steak, chicken, spicy pork, and beef cheeks. All were seasoned and nor over cooked. The pickled veggies added texture and acid to make the tacos bright. Love the converted school bus idea as it added to the lure of the place.
