    Good food. But could use some more seasoning. The food is a little bland.

    Absolutely wonderful authentic Mexican Cuisine. The closest I have found anywhere stateside except for a few food trucks in the Houston area and it's a lot closer than Texas! Highly recommend the tacos or the quesadillas but everything is wonderful!

    They have a good menu, and a clean dining room.

    I did, however, just move from San Diego, and I'm having a hard time adjusting to the Mexican cuisine here, in the South.

    It's different, not sure if I like yet.

    Authentic Mexican food. Best taco trucks in town. The restaurant version in South Huntsville has a salsa bar, and free chips and beans. There is a drive thru version in Madison. If you can't fix it with green sauce, use more green sauce.

    Try El Cazador and you will never have any other Mexican spot. The food is authentic and the prices and portions are very good. Highly recommended. Also side note...feel free to check their health dept. Rating at all of the locations. Anybody that loves Mexican cuisine will love So Cazador.
