Steak-Out

This location consistently provides me with superior customer service every single time I visit the store. I can honestly say that every employee I’ve ever come in contact with at this location has been amazing to me. Michelle in particular is always so nice and extra courteous each time I visit the store. She even remembers my name and my usual order. I have several years experience in customer service and it is very rare that I meet someone that I’m actually impressed with. I just placed an order five minutes before they closed and she was still just amazing. I just witnessed her also give the other four customers in the store outstanding customer service as well as me. If I ever go back into retail I’m going to do my best to recruit her to whatever store I’m at.

Always very good!!! The employees always are kind, the food is always good! One thing though for management, please bring back the pork chop sandwich ????????????????

Our family has been eating Steak Out for years. We love it! If you pick up your order you get a free can drink with each meal and you save the delivery charge (which I think is only $1.85). There has only been a few occasions where we had it delivered and something was wrong, but they sent fresh meals out or reimbursed our money. Great food! Really friendly service!!
