We eat here all the times s my family loves it! We’ve never had a problem with the service rather we dine in or go through the drive-through. I was asked by a manager to call in my order ahead of time because we always have a large order so I have been doing that, but today I called on my drive up And I was completely OK with having to wait for my food because it is a large order and I didn’t give them the normal time that I do. However, the manager came to the window this morning afternoon it’s 1215 and she informed me I still had 10 minutes to wait on my chicken but my fries and toast was ready I asked her to keep the fries under her heat lamp so they wouldn’t be cold when I got them home and she got an attitude about how they were just cooked they wouldn’t get cold that quick. But 10 minuets wait time plus a 15 minute drive home is colder than I would like them to be. She set them by the register and walked away talking to other employees about how ridiculous I was being. I’ve never seen this manager before so I don’t know exactly who she ( young skinny lady of color with glasses) is but I don’t appreciate her attitude or her behavior she works with customer service so she needs to be a little bit better about her customer service. The young girl working the drive-through window apologize to me and guaranteed me she would make sure my food was hot when I got it and when she brought it out to me and she apologized again and reassured me that she made me fresh fries.

Great food and the staff was very friendly! Even went out of their way to fix a small issue with my order.

We ordered 2 medium shakes last night at the drive through window. They were super delicious, very thick just like we love a shake to be.. Big thumbs up!????

Friendly Staff and 2 Piece Chicken w/2 Sides were all fresh. Green beans were a little salty but overall dining went well! Oh the restrooms were extremely clean.. please keep it that way. This location looks like a new restaurant.. just passing through from Augusta, GA!
