Was driving by and decided to stop here for lunch today. We explained to our host that we've never had Pho before and needed time to look over the menu. We asked for suggestions and he kindly explained each dish and made recommendations, which of course we followed. We each picked different entrées so we could sample everything. Was not disappointed! Each dish came out beautifully plated and was so delicious I had a hard time picking my favorite!
I have been to many Vietnamese restaurants, and this one is a moderate one to dine in. The owner is very friendly. The menu is short and focuses on their specialties. My fiend vermicelli bowl is tasty and meat is very lean. However, I am not impressed by the lemongrass soup bowl which lacks of key ingredients (banana blossom, tender brisket, chili flakes, shallots), making the soup tastes like a regular pho bowl.
A hidden little gem located in Albertville. The pho was great and highly recommended. You won't be disappointed. I urge everyone to try it at least once. It is reasonably priced and worth it. If you don't like it, then it's fine but I can almost guarantee you will leave very happy and full. The owner is very friendly and ensures you enjoy your meal. They go to great lengths to ensure they use the highest quality ingredients and it shows with the amazing flavor. 10/10 would highly recommend.
The food was awesome I had the dumplings as a appetizer they were so good and I had the grilled chicken and rice as my meal will definitely be coming back!!! And the person taking our order was very helpful
The owners are so friendly and willing to work around the menu, if needed. FYI, the vermicelli bowls are cold with hot meat. The pork was wonderful! The fried dumplings were a great appetizer too.
