Burger King

They have really good fresh food here. It really is made to order.

This is a bit random but I was on my way home after work and decided to swing by Burger King for some food. I placed my order, pulled up to the window, and was greeted by a smiling cashier. I paid for my order and while I was waiting for the food I heard a pop under my hood. My engine died and then there was lots of smoke. I popped the hood and saw there was a fire in the engine compartment. I leaned into the drive thru window and kindly asked if they could bring me a bucket of water and call the fire department. I then put the vehicle in neutral and rolled it away from the building fearing that if I couldn't put out the fire that it would spread to the building. One employee came out to check on things and then moments later another carring a bucket of water. I popped the hood again and dumped the water on it. Thankfully it put it out. The staff was so helpful and I am thankful. My transmission cooler line had ruptured and the fluid spraying on the hot engine ignited. I was lucky the water worked. Had I been thinking I would have asked for a fire extinguisher but it worked out well. I'm glad I stopped by Burger King that night. Had I still been on the road I would have lost the vehicle. Many lessons learned and very grateful for Burger King staff going above and beyond to help me. The food tasted extra nice. THANK YOU ARAB BURGER KING!!!!
