JD’s Grill

The food is great. The servers are great (especially that Sheena girl). Nice size menu to choose from. Had to give my server a good review so I ended up talking to the asst manager, she’s great to. Wouldn’t even have this place without the owner though (shoutout Herman)

Decided to try the "new place at the foot of the mountain". It was very good. I had the stuffed shrimp and my wife had the grilled shrimp. We also had the cheese and chips for appetizer. All our choices were great. We will be back to see how them steaks are!!

Entering into the door you come into a beautiful waterfall. They have a nice desk where we were greeted with a smile. The menu is huge which does complicate ordering but the staff gave us plenty of time. My wife and I got the loaded fries to start with and we enjoyed them. The cheese did have a canned taste to it but otherwise was delicious. My wife got shrimp ravioli and she loved them. The sauce was amazing and really complimented the ravioli. It wasn't too much food for her to handle either.
I got the chicken fettuccine and loved it. I am a big noodle fan and they did great with the sauce. The sauce did remind me a lot of olive garden's fettuccine but was amazing. The only complaint my wife and I could possibly make would be that our server seemed to be running the whole restaurant. We took the brownie dessert home and still haven't tried it yet.

Ate here on a Friday evening. Well staffed so the wait was reasonable. All the food was tasty and everyone enjoyed their dinner.
Very similar menu to the owners other establishment Fire by the Lake. We consider that a good thing as the food quality, quantity and value is high.
