Briquettes Steakhouse

We had a good time a time. Our food came out in a speedy fashion. The only complaints we had were the 1. The meal came out before the appetizers and we had them taken off. 2. The waiter was punctual up until the meal was over and we had to wait 15 minutes to get our check and the key lime pie that was supposed to make up for the lost appetizers. 3. When I commented that the refill of tea was not sweet he said it was because it was out of a pitcher and was watered down instead of the urn in the kitchen.
For me, I like my tea sweet and not watered down.

Exceeded my expectations for a great steak. Service was prompt, our waitress Jamie was professional, precise and speedy with getting drinks and foods ordered. Food arrived hot and fresh. 12oz Ribeye was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Not often can you use a fork to cut steak. Waitress checked on us often. Cleared table and never pressured for us to move on. Better than the chains!

I had a fantastic first experience here the other day. The food was great and I particularly enjoyed the country-themed environment. There was a great selection of country music playing throughout the restaurant as well. I would highly recommend Briquettes for lunch (great lunch specials) or a date night.

One the best steak restaurant I've been to. I'm not big on heavy spending, but I will fudge a little for this place, although I would say get the dinner oppose to their lunch menu.

Food was OK and the service was not what I would say was very fast or good. We recieved our food before the salads. It was a OK experience.
