Carrabba's Italian Grill

Wonderful atmosphere and food! I ordered the shrimp and sea scallops and it was perfect! This being said, it was our waiter Jamal (hope I spelled it correctly) that made our experience over the top! If you go...ask for Jamal's section and tell him Melinda said hi!

Food was amazing as always, but did not compare to the service we received. Our waiter, Devan H, was incredible!! We never wanted for anything and enjoyed every time he came to our table. As busy as he was, he kept his composure and never showed any of his tables he was serving, nothing but his best. We really can't praise him enough. He made the atmosphere and experience fantastic! Will come back very soon because of him.

A wonderful waiter with speedy service. Felt personal and professional. The food was wonderful with mid range pricing. Lovely atmosphere. Quiet and a great dessert. Would recommend and come again!

Today, my daughter & I were seated @ Carrabba's. And we had the most excellent time. James our server, suggested both our meals (which was GREAT by the way). He was very professional, polite, & courteous.
Anna, the front house manager was very polite, caring, & even took some time to come make sure our visit was going good. I enjoyed my experience here, will be back!
Jared the hostess, was very nice professional, professional, polite, & he even charged my computer for me, so I can finish my homework, which is the reason we stopped @ Carrabba's.
Overall, we are thankful for the staff here. Thank you all💙.

The reason I'm giving Carrabba's 3 stars is because although the food was pretty good the service was not. My lasagna was just barely warm. One of my party members ordered a salad and asked for grilled chicken on top to be brought out with her meal. It was served before the food and no chicken which it was sent back. They still brought it before the entrees. Asked for dipping sauce for child's chicken tenders which we never got. Asked for more bread with our meal and it was served wrapped in paper without the little basket. I did tip but our waiter wasn't very good. Usually leave a 15% tip or better but only tipped 10%. I feel it's part of the waiters job to see that the orders a correct too!
