Jersey Mike's Subs

Gave me sweet peppers instead of green peppers. Sandwich was inedible. I didn't even edit the order. It was two veggies Mike's Way. That's the default they offer and they got it wrong. Only bad experience with a Jersey Mike's ever.

EDIT: The manager reached out to me and apologized for the sandwiches being made wrong. She offered to replace it fully, but I live out of town so it wasn't feasible for me to accept. Either way, I appreciated the call very, very much. I updated my score to reflect that better. Not a fully score recovery because my food was made wrong initially, but I brought it up because I do really appreciate the call.

The sub was a bit pricey. But it was delicious. I bought a gargantuan sub. It was bigger than a large sub from Subway. It was 15 inches and every bite of it was tasty.

I have a gluten allergy, and they are so diligent about wiping down the counters and changing their gloves before preparing my sub. I am always so impressed by the customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure they don't cross-contaminate my food! And the gluten free bread is SO good!
