Order was fast and correct! Service was exceptional! It was an overall great experience! I will be returning!

A nice and quiet atmosphere with friendly staff. The chick Krystal's are great and chilli cheese fries are definitely better than sonic cheaper too. I loved it , my kids are happy, and my husband as well. Just a great experience!

When I get a craving for Krystal's, I order double cheese Krystal's mustard only and a chocolate shake, but they didn't have chocolate, (they had other flavors). They stated there would be a 10+ minute wait (to fire up the grill or whatever), which I don't mind waiting for fresh food!! They were lukewarm at best! How is this possible?!?

My biggest complaint is the amount of onions still on the buns and the meat as well! From my understanding, they cook a large batch with the onions, then they scrape them off when someone asks for NO ONIONS. Why must they throw onions on there when NO ONIONS are ordered?!?

After they demolished the old building and built a new Krystal's, I felt like everything has improved. The drive thru experience and the level of service has gotten better. It's probably because of having all the new equipment and materials they need helped them to achieve this. Sadly, I haven't been back here in over a year and I heard they're closing but not sure when since they announced their bankruptcy the other day.
