    The pizza was good, but the staff was not very helpful. My 12 year old attempted to use her gift card and the young lady helping her had no patience. She swiped the gift card really fast over and over again without taking the time to properly pull the card thru the scanner. Subsequently my daughter ended up spending her cash because the staffer was unwilling to do her job and provide customer service.
    And yes the card was verified valid before we got there and again after the staff said it wasn't valid.

    My daughter felt like she was used and now wants nothing to do with Little Caesars.
    She may be 12, but she is the future.
    Restaurant owners, business owners, please care enough about your business to vet your staff and hold them accountable. Their attitude and action can make or break your business.
