Pete's Party Castle

We had an enjoyable time with the grandkids. They played for non stop for couple hours.
We only had a couple of hiccups.
At 1 point it was so crowded you could hardly move without bumping someone and although restrictions have been loosened, there are several rules still in place. That was not the case here. Over crowded and no masks. Not kids, parents, or staff.
The second problem was the attitude of one of the employees. We ordered a pizza and fries and was not offered a receipt. When the pizza arrived the fries did not and when we brought it to the cashier's attention she said we didn't other any fries, but ( with an attitude) we will make you some. I had to pull up my bank account to show the young lady we spent $20.00 dollars on our order and I should get what I paid for and without the attitude. I got my fries but still got the attitude to go with them.
Overall it was a good experience for the kids and I know it's about them, but I feel like after the money people spend there the staff should be glad to help make any issue better, since without the customer they wouldn't be there.

My granddaughter had her birthday there and it was awesome! Only because I couldn't believe how surprisingly with all those children everywhere. How clean it was!! Pizza was pretty good too

It's really messy. I get there and there are no clean tables. There are people's item at each table so it's hard to know if someone is sitting their or not. Their pizza is tasty and cheesy though. It didn't take long to get the food so that's good. Eventually, they did disinfect the tables. There's no one wearing masks in there so that is something to take into consideration.

The pizza is better this time,as I stopped going because they somehow changed the type they served. It was disgusting. But it's good again. One of the machines took my cousins as it didn't work. Guy more than gave me back the coins. Awesome time. Will go back, as long as the pizza stays good

I highly recommend Pete’s party castle! We had my son’s second birthday here today and it was awesome!! We did a party package that came with the room, pizza, drinks, plates & cups, balloons and tokens for all kids!! They did all the set up for us. Our party host, Abbie, was attentive and friendly! Gave us all the details we needed!! Everyone, even the adults had something to do! My son had a wonderful birthday. The price we paid for everything we got was reasonable and well worth it. Everything was kept clean as well. Would definitely go back!
