I love the place dont get me wrong, but you need to stop putting people that can't make coffee right in the barista position. This is the tenth time I have gone in the afternoon, they have gotten my order wrong, and my coffee tastes like sweet water. Not espresso. Does not put notice on Google for when they are closed! Like people have tons of money to drive to all the stores to find one thats open. Ask for a double shot of espresso and what do I get? SWEET WATER!

I'm used to the long lines at home but in Mobile there were no lines, so that was a positive. I usually get the white chocolate mocha latte with soy milk which doesn't disappoint.

Asked for light ice in my guava passion coconut, and got ice nearly to top. 🙄☹ not cool. See photo. ONE simple request. Don't like a lot of ice, never have. plus cold weather. Spoils flavor, too. They weren't busy. There are no customers inside bc of covid. There is really no excuse, is there?

I came through this morning 1/27 and had an excellent experience thanks to the sweet girl working at the drive through window, Lauren. Her genuinely kind demeanor was exactly what I didn't know I needed to help make an otherwise not so great morning into a much better one. She recommended her favorite wrap to me, the southwest veggie with a little extra sirracha and it was PHENOMENAL!!! hats off to Lauren for making a strangers day and for her excellent taste in sandwiches!! 😂🥰☺️
