    They are always quick and so very kind. I ordered lunch for staff meeting every week for about a year and they never messed up an order, never made me wait. always so polite.

    Superfriendly staff! I always stop in here when I go to Saraland to do my grocery shopping ( Publix is better here :-). The store is very clean, the kids working here are top notch and the cheesesteaks are the best around town. My favorite is the #16, add mushrooms and extra cheese! Next fav is the club! Gotta do it Mike's Way. I will def be back!

    Giving 4 stars based on slow service. The sandwiches have been great each time I've visited this location, however, its been my experience that you should be prepared to wait....even if they're not busy. I've never been in here when it HAS been busy, but based on 20 minute wait times for 2 or 3 sandwiches I'd have to figure the wait on a busy day/night would be staggering.

    Sandwich was great. No issues at all. They even wiped down the slicer without me having to ask (I'm a vegetarian).

    Great customer service tonight from a very kind woman! She was all smiles working a Friday night and a lot of fun! Amazing food! Fast! Thanks again!
