K & J Rib Shack

Always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. The ribs are delicious and which ever side you get goes well. I was turned on to this spot by a guy in my building; one late afternoon and I've been hooked every since. It's small but a mom and pop establishment! So, I love popping in. I can't eat it all at one time!

Wow! We had pork ribs, chicken, and brisket with potato salad [mayo based], black eye peas [amazing flavor] , and mac & cheese. The bbq sauce is made here.. its sweet and tangy!! Peach cobbler is solid - great balance of spices peaches and pasty. Prices are reasonable. Portions are generous. Definitely worth the time and money!

This place has the best food just wish the sides portions were bigger but no matter the meat you get good quality and taste. This the only reason I'm giving 4 stars because of portion size... Love this place

The food is the bomb. I always say the best way to taste good barbequed ribs and chicken is to taste them without the sauce. K&J Rib shack passes this test with flying colors. The meat is seasoned well and the sauce is actually on point. Sides are great. The banana pudding tastes like grandmas.

Looking to get away from the same old, same old? Frozen foods and mediocre dining? Look no further. K&J is the place to be. Full plates, fresh product and a happy belly. Wonder customer service and warm atmosphere. Don't over look this little shack on the side of the road, come get to BBQ!
