Red Lobster

Thanks to our waitress Carmelia for giving great customer service. She was very attentive & took care of all our needs. We just moved from Chicago so it was our 1st time coming to this location. Had a small issue with a appetizer I didn’t realize had shrimp in it {allergic} & she took care of it right away n I really appreciate that. Thank you for your hospitality & making us feel welcome to your establishment:)

Carmelia was our waitress she was awesome it was our first time here. She was very pleasant and always ready for what we needed and our experience with her will definitely be why we come back. Food was fresh and cooked very well Thank you! Thank you to the ladies for the compliments on my daughter.

For a Wednesday it was nice and quiet and plenty of room. So Dwight and I sat at Separate Tables so it would look like they had more customers. The cook was on and the server did an excellent job. Stuck a few cheese biscuits in our pockets for later.

Came here for endless shrimp. Carmelia is the greatest waitress I have ever had I think in life. I think my wife and I almost gave her all of our money for a tip! Red Lobster is good and all and worth 4 stars. But Carmelia deserves 5 stars by herself! If you come to Red Lobster, pray and hope you get her for a waitress.

We had a great experience today with Carmelia as our waitress. She was one of the most attentive waitresses, and the food was amazing. We never had to wait for more biscuits or drink refills. When we visit again, I hope we can get her as our waitress!
