Sam's Bar-B-Q

Excellent pit style pulled pork. The best I’ve had in the Montgomery region of Alabama. The service is friendly and they get your order out to you quickly. Awesome old-school atmosphere inside the restaurant.

This is a great place to go for some great barbecue sandwiches or platters. This is a very old landmark here in Montgomery, Al. Go southern.

I've always liked the meat at Sam's. It is cooked over their open pit and is smokey and flavorful. The sauce is vinegar and spices that I take on the side. The combo platter is the best. You get good portions of meat and sausage and it comes with generous side dishes. I've had the beans, slaw and fries (shoestring style) which are all good.

The food was fantastic! Large portions and wonderful service. Discount and ignore those entering negative posts and with ulterior motives. Try the new Sam's and you will love it!
