    The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. We were new to the type of restaurant so we had some questions to ensure that we would be doing things properly and they happily answered them all. We plan on going back in the near future.

    The food is amazing as well as the service! Misty and Jane are wonderful and remembered our names after our first visit! We've been back and will continue to go, it's a wonderful restaurant!

    This place with new management is amazing! The broth and sauce are not as strong as Chinese hotpot. They are more like Korean-style hotpot which is more subtle. The sesame sauce was so good. Vegetables are really fresh and servers are really nice!

    Shabu Well was reopened by a different owner.

    It is amazing!! We had the pork belly and brisket both with Miso broth. We got the sesame and spicy sauces and mixed then together on recommendation and it is great.

    The owner is great and helpful to explain if you have never tried Hot Pot before. The place is immaculately clean and organized.

    We will return again!
