I had the sunset, green grass, cilantro and black pepper tuna rolls. They were all excellent, from the fish to the vegetables and the multiple sauces, with the ingredients proportioned and blended very well each time. Even the rice is perfect. My co-worker was in from California, was impressed by the food enough to order additional sashimi, and asked how I found this place. (Here) Sometimes very busy, that comes with the territory. I don't pretend to be an expert, but this is as good as any other Japanese/sushi restaurant I go to in Alabama, Georgia or the Florida panhandle.
The service was fantastic. They were SUPER busy and we were nervous that the service and wait for our food would reflect that but it didn’t affect our experience at all. The food came pretty quick, they have an assortment of super unique rolls I haven’t seen anywhere else but still have all the typical rolls on the menu. I got the Cilantro Roll, Bulgogi Roll, and Daniel Roll and I recommend all of them. The rolls are decently sized as well.
Good food and service. My only complaint is we reserved tables for a group of 14 and they only had seating for twelve and didn't allow us to move another table together. Other than that, everything was pretty good.
I can't comment but the tables around us looked like they enjoyed their apps.Regular rolls are underwhelming. The chef specials are the better option.Great food. I had the combination B rolls. Came with a salad with ginger dressing that was very good. My favorite roll was the Zelda roll. It was fried. I also loved the Philly roll. The LA roll was good. Also got a chicken teriyaki bowl to go for lunch the next day.
Very impressed with the quality of the sushi, the service is also great. Didn't have any apps or drinks so I can't comment but the tables around us looked like they enjoyed their apps.Regular rolls are underwhelming. The chef specials are the better option.
