The food was delicious, hot and plentiful. The service was professional. Phillip was superbly personable. They had fried crab claws that were crispy and tasty. Seafood lovers will pig out in the place.

Nice place. Comfy relaxed atmosphere. Food was good, customer service was good. Two drawbacks for me. I don't like being asked to tip when I order my food. What if my service was better or worse than I tipped? The shrimp n grits was very good but $10 for 25c worth of grits and 6 shrimp? Thats a little pricey. Shrimp basket was a little better value for money. Still. Probably a do over if I'm back in Montgomery

My experience at The Wharf is exceptional every single time. The food is always great. Also, members of the Wharf's team give great customer service. Especially Phil, he makes every customer feel extremely welcomed. He treats every customer great, whether you are a first time visitor, or a regular. Hands down one of the best restaurants in town.

We tried a little of several things. I had a blackened shrimp basket which was fantastic. Portion size was excellent. Shrimp and grits were incredibly savory and will be what I order next time. The Wharf Shrimp appetizer, think bang bang shrimp, was perfect and could almost be a complete meal for a single person. Nothing was bad. Service was friendly, prompt, and helpful and the place was spic-and-span clean. We'll definitely be coming back.
