    Zaxby's has some of the best chicken fingers ever! The food is always hot and fresh. The service was very friendly and the prices are reasonable.

    The food is good, but I encountered a problem with my debit card with Zaxby's on Taylor Road (Store #24101). There were 2 additional charges taken off of my card, and basically they said there was nothing they could do. There was another charge that came off while I was at work showing that my card was swiped. How is that possible if I was at work? I called corporate, and now I am waiting to see how long it's going to take for a resolution. If the outcome is not good, I will not be going back ever! I will warn my friends and family as well. This is not how you treat loyal customers!

    Update: Problem was resolved. It took 6 days for someone to get back to me after my call with customer service. Just glad it was resolved!????????
